Product brief introduction

     We introduce the European advanced technology and the biomass pellet briquette machine adopts the principle of the stamping of the horizontal crank and connecting rod mechanism.The body of machine is welded with high strength alloy steel plate,and it is formed by the integral forming process of the inner connecting base of the machine. It is special to possess the main shaft sealing device to prevent oil leakage and punch rod dedusting cooling device, which greatly improves the running time.


Application range


   The biomass pellet briquette machine is suitable for raw material of pellet briquette forming,such as sawdust, wood, branch, bark, poultry excrement, lees, forage grass, rice husk, the husks of sunflower seeds, peanut shell, wheat straw, corn straw, household garbage, sludge garbage, old tires, waste plastics etc.

Advantage:compared with flat die and the ring die

(1)Using the principle of stamping, not blocked by the material, low energy consumption, high molding rate;
(2)Oil circulation lubrication and cooling, to avoid the timing of filling butter, so that the cost of lubrication is greatly reduced.

(4)Flat die machine or ring die machine is optional for mold φ6 to φ12. Punch optional mold φ6 to φ100, We can according to customer needs at any time to choose the corresponding mold, reduce production cost.

(1)We adopt PLC microcomputer automatic control technology, no one on duty, according to the conditions of automatic real-time adjustment of feeding rate, to achieve the optimization of production capacity, while reducing energy consumption and production costs;

(2)The machine adopts the horizontal double punch design, which makes the production capacity doubled, and energy consumption per ton than horizontal single punch machine energy saving 20%-30%;

(3)The four channel bilateral active feeding, uniform feeding, mold, punch force balanced, long service life;

(4)The oil and dust separation mechanism is designed, which is used to prevent the leakage of lubricating oil and reduce the operation and maintenance cost;

(5)The use of the built-in water cycle design, to ensure that the stamping system, molding system, lubrication system work, to extend the service life of the equipment;

(6)The design of the non key self locking mechanism is used to solve the problem of rolling and sliding, and improve the transmission efficiency of the equipment.

(7)The main bearings imported special bearings, large size and similar equipment in contact with wide, high impact resistance, long service life.

(8)The main shaft without oil seal mechanism design, completely solve the problem of machine oil seepage;
