Product brief introduction

    Biomass-fired organic heat carrier boiler is a new kind of special boiler, also known as heat-conducting oil furnace。It has the characteristics of low pressure, high temperature,the heating temperature can be liquid phase is reached 320 DEG C. Who need stable and uniform heating, and does not allow direct flame heating technology of heating temperature between 150 and 320 DEG C in various occasions can use of organic heat carrier heating.

2.The front part of the boiler body is a furnace chamber radiation heating surface, the parties by the close packed shaped coil structure. The rear part of the boiler for scouring convection heating surface, it consists of a serpentine tube bundle composition;

3.The boiler is composed of the upper body and lower chain grate on construction site.

4.The installation is convenient, as long as the upper and lower rows can be folded furnace body, and installation period is short.

5.The furnace adopts double close coil, the heating surface is arranged enough to reduce the heat load on the surface of the pipe, so that the heat conduction oil is used more safely.

6.The medium flow is reasonable, the heat conduction oil is from low (inlet) to the high (outlet), the gas produced in the operation is difficult to stay in the furnace, which is convenient to discharge the system.

7.The furnace arch design is reasonable, the flue gas stays longer in the furnace i, and the combustion is more sufficient.

8.The heating surface is arranged in the smoke chamber, so that the partition wall avoids the high temperature flue gas direct flush, and effectively prevents the smoke short circuit phenomenon caused by the smoke separating wall.
