1.The warranty period is calculated from the date of delivery of the product to the customer.
The warranty period:
one year for frame;
engine according to the matching engine plant(E-IT);
six mouths for the welded front frame parts,the welded rear frame parts,the welded movable arm parts,the welded bucket parts.
2.Warranty coverage
（1）Failure or damage caused by product design
（2）Due to the use of products in the manufacturing process of raw materials, auxiliary materials, components, parts and lead to failure or damage.Failure or damage caused by process.
（3）Failure or damage caused by product manufacturing, processing, assembly.

The warranty period is 15 days for the wiring harness (frame harness, cab harness);

4.Technical maintenance
Customers should do routine maintenance and regular maintenance according to the specification.
（1）Cleaning or replacing filters of all kinds of oil,gas etc.
（2）Adjusting the generator, the brake device and other parts to be adjusted.
（3）Fastening of all kinds parts,bolts.
5.Notes of new car
（1）It is strictly prohibited to use non labeled fuel oil, gear oil, hydraulic oil.It’s necessary to replace hydraulic oil ,gear oil when new car works up to 80-120 hours.
（2） Detail of wear parts:all oil seals, bearings, seals, all kinds of rubber sheath, triangular belt, friction plate.
